Welcome to my website and thanks for visiting! I'm a writer of suspense, thriller, and historical women's fiction writer who thrives on crafting tales of everyday superheroes. 

 

I discovered my love of writing while learning about poetry in grade school. I was already an avid reader by that time, but I hadn’t experimented with putting my own words to paper. My desire to be a writer sparked to life and grew into a passion when I was introduced to writing prose In high school. Thanks to readers like you, I'm still writing all these years later!

The foundation of my writing philosophy is that stories should transport readers into a world that leaves them inspired and motivated. We all have superheroes lurking inside, just waiting for the right motivation to surface. Books should allow us to experience story through the hero's eyes.

My debut novel, Arms of Grace, is a finalist in consideration for production by Wind Dancer Films, a silver medalist in the Readers’ Favorite Awards, and a recipient of the B.R.A.G. Medallion.

Along with being a writer, I'm a wife, a mother to four incredible sons, and Nana to one amazing grand-darling. I love walking, taking bike rides, and enjoying the outdoors. I suspect I'm part Water-Sprite and I even worked as a whitewater rafting guide. I'm left-handed, I can't stand eating beans (like, I hate them), I love dogs, and I'm an avid baseball fan.
